新技术在食品微生物检验检测中的应用

Application of New Technology in Inspection and Testing of Food Microorganisms

随着人们生活质量的提升,对食品要求越来越高。特别是近些年来,社会上出现了很多食品安全事故,人们日趋重视食品微生物检验检测工作。科学技术的革新使食品微生物检验检测技术日趋成熟,出现了一大批新型技术。本文以PCR技术为例,分析了新技术在食品微生物检验检测中的应用。

The improvement of people’s quality of life requires more and more food.Especially in recent years,there have been many food safety incidents in the society,and people are increasingly paying attention to the inspection and inspection of microbiological foods.With the innovation of science and technology,the inspection and detection technology of food micro-organisms is maturing,and a large number of new technologies have emerged.In this paper,PCR technology is taken as an example to analyze the application of new technology in the inspection and detection of food microorganisms.
