Study on Quick Detection of Molds and Yeasts

本实验制备一种用于快速检测霉菌和酵母菌的测试片,并用该测试片与国家标准检测方法和3M试纸片法进行对比,对测试片的准确度进行评估。结果显示,测试片操作简便,培养48 h的检测结果与国家标准方法相比准确度达到97%以上。

The test prepared a petrifilm to quick detetion of molds and yeasts,and compared the slip with national standard method and 3M petrifilm plates method,assessed the degree of accuracy of the petrifilm.The result shows that,the petrifilm easy and simpler to handle,and the accuracy over 97%compared with national standard method when cultivate 48 hours.
