摘要
食品微生物检验是利用实验室的检测化验手段来对食品中可能含有的致病微生物的种类、数量、特性及其危害进行检验,而在检验的过程中,有必要采取措施控制检验质量,进而为保障食品卫生安全提供有效保障。
The food microbiological test is to test the species,quantity,characteristics and harm of the pathogenic microorganisms that may be contained in food by means of laboratory testing,and the process of testing is necessary to take measures to control the quality of the test and then to ensure the food safety and provide effective guarantee.
