三节一组式C80与C60、C70车型通用单车翻车机设计技术

Design Technology of Universal Single Car Dumper for Three Section One Group C80 and C60, C70

近年来电厂燃煤铁路运输车辆除普通C60、C70型铁路敞车外,越来越多地开始采用C80型列车,绥中电厂二期工程即是采用三节一组式C80型及C60、C70等车型进行燃煤运输。结合绥中工程设计的实际情况,本文介绍了三节一组式C80与C60、C70车型通用的单车翻车机卸煤系统的设备及布置特点,与普通单车翻车机系统的不同点,供今后工程借鉴。

In coal-fired power plant,60 t and 70 t wagons were widely used for coal transportation,but in recent years,80 t wagons become increasingly co mmon in use.In Suizhong power plant phaseⅡ,trinity 80 t wagons,60 t and 70 t wagons are all used for coal transportation.On the basis of design experience in Suizhong Power Plant,this thesis introduce the characteristic of this universal wagon tipper for three type of wagons told above,the key point of universal tipper system arrangement design,and difference between universal wagon tipper system and co mmon wagon tipper system.
