坚持"以人民为中心"思想指导主流意识形态传播具有深厚的价值意蕴,既是对马克思主义唯物史观的继承和发展,也是中国共产党鲜明特征的彰显,更是实现新时代历史使命的必然要求。为此必须紧紧围绕人民这个根本,探索出更加适合新时代、更具创新性的实践路径:更新传播理念,在马克思主义指导下坚持以人民为中心;尊重人民主体地位,坚持中国故事人民讲;实现"供给侧"改革,围绕人民开展内容创作和传播;降低话语门槛,以人民话语讲述主流声音;融入人民生活,实现多形式多平台传播;明确评价主体,使人民牢牢掌握评价权。

It is of profound significance and high value to spread the mainstream ideology which is guided by the"people-centered"thought,which is not only the inheritance and development of Marxist historical materialism,but also the manifestation of the distinctive features of the Communist Party of China,and the inevitable requirement of fulfilling the historical mission of the new era.To this purpose,we must explore a more suitable and innovative practice approach,renew our communication ideas,and adhere to"people-centered"thought with the guidance of Marxism.In addition,we must respect the main position of the people and realize the"supply-side"reform.It is necessary to lower the threshold of discourse,to have people's discourse as the mainstream voice,to integrate the mainstream ideology into people's life,to realize multi-form communication of the ideology,to clarify the subject of evaluation so that people are in the firm grip of the right to evaluate.
