成品鞋VOC残留量主要影响因素的探究优化

摘要 通过分析常规制鞋工艺,对制鞋不同阶段中原辅材料、半成品鞋以及不同放置时间下成品鞋进行VOC残留量的测试,对影响成鞋VOC残留量主要因素进行了分析,在此基础上,对主要影响因素进行优化,得到降低成鞋VOC的有效方法。研究结果表明,在常规制鞋工艺中,影响成品鞋VOC残留量主要因素为粘胶剂的使用、制鞋用辅材以及制鞋工艺完成后成品鞋的放置时间。成鞋在制作完成放置1个月后其VOC残留量能减少95%。同时进一步优选粘胶剂、制鞋用大底,对不同种类的鞋用胶粘剂粘合强度、胶粘剂和制鞋用大底中VOC进行测定,优选出水性粉胶、水性黄胶、水性PU胶/硬化剂(双组份),橡胶水性胶粉外底。经测试,使用优化后原辅材料进行制鞋加工,各个阶段VOC残留量都能得到有效降低。 The VOC residues were tested by analyzing the conventional shoe-making process,including the raw materials,semi-finished shoes and finished shoes.And the main factors influencing VOC residues from shoes are analyzed,the materials used in shoe-making were optimized for reducing the VOC residues in finished shoe.It was found that the main influencing factors of VOC residues are the use of adhesive,the auxiliary materials for shoes and the time of placement in shoe-making process.The VOC residues were decreased 95%after deposited 1 month.By further optimization,the VOC residues can be significantly reduced by the use of water-based adhesive and water based powder rubber bottom in the manufacture of shoes.
