阳离子型聚合物纺织固色剂在皮革固色中的应用(Ⅱ) 被引量:6

摘要 比较了阳离子型聚合物纺织固色剂2518和金属盐类皮革固色剂AL在两种典型酸性染料染色坯革上的固色性能,考察了固色剂的加入对皮革染色效果、色牢度和物理性能的影响。2518的加入可提高坯革表面的染色深度,且不影响染色均匀度,但这使得往复摩擦色牢度稍有降低。坯革的耐汗色牢度显著提高,说明2518与染料在坯革中的静电结合很稳定。AL对皮革的固色和增深效果均不及2518。另外,固色剂的加入对皮革的物理性能影响不大。 The color fixing performances of cationic polymeric textile fixing agent 2518 and metal salt leather fixing agent AL on the crust leathers dyed by two types of typical acid dyestuff,respectively,were compared.The effects of fixing agent on the dyeing performance,color fastness and physical properties of leather were investigated.The use of 2518 enhanced the dyeing depth of leather surface,and the dyeing evenness was not affected.However,this led to a slight decline of color fastness of crust leather to cycles of to-and-fro rubbing.The color fastness of crust leather to perspiration was remarkably upgraded,suggesting that the strong electrostatic interaction between fixing agent 2518 and dyestuff was taken place in crust leather.Both the color fixing and deepening effects of AL were less than those of 2518.Additionally,the use of fixing agent has little effect on the physical properties of leather.
