摘要
提出了剥离负荷测试结果不匀性问题,建立并分析剥离负荷的力学模型。结合力学模型,分析影响人造革剥离负荷的变化因子,指出测试过程中的试样"有效宽度"是影响数值的关键因素,不同制样方法也会明显影响试验结果。提出通过热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)胶制样,增加取样方向等方法能提高数据准确性,并引入伸长率指标对人造革剥离负荷进行分档考核。
The peeling strength tests of the artificial leather were studied.One“mechanical model”for the peeling strength was established to analyze the facts influencing the accuracy of the tests.It implied that during the testing,the“effective width”of the samples contributed great to accuracy of the results.And the methods of the sample preparation also influenced the results obviously.It showed that preparing the samples with TPU,and increasing the number of samples from both warp and weft improved the accuracy of the method.It is proposed that the peeling strength evaluation of the artificial leather should be classified according to the grades of the different elongation rate.
