药物诱导的长QT综合征是临床少见的药物不良反应,一旦发生可能引起严重不良后果,甚至引起心源性猝死,所有临床医生均应对该病提高警惕,对易感患者识别、预防该病的发生尤为重要,而当患者出现该病或病情进一步恶化至尖端扭转型室速时需立即积极治疗,并对患者未来用药谨慎选择。

Drug-induced long QT syndrome is a sever adverse side-effect of lots of medicines and should cause torsade de pointes and sudden cardiac death.It is the domain of all physicians and other members of the health care team who are required to make therapeutic decisions.Therefore it's very important for all the clinicians to ascertain the fragile patients who are more easily exposed to this risk.Then the decision about the choice of medication category and combination must be made very carefully and the change of the electrocardiography should be monitored closely.Once it happens immediate proper therapy should be performed and educate the patients well about this syndrome and the criminal medication in case of recurrence.
