家庭治疗在中国应用的本土化反思和建议:多元文化的视角

Localization of Family Therapy Applications in China,Reflection and Suggestions:a multicultural perspective

中西文化包括家庭文化的诸多差异和冲突,客观上对家庭治疗目标和手段方法提出了不同的要求,也使得源于西方文化的家庭治疗具有多元文化的特点。由于受到哲学解释学影响,加上家庭治疗在临床实践的迅速发展,也越来越使不同文化背景下的家庭治疗学家们在临床和研究中进行本土化的转向。对中国的家庭治疗师在临床实践中的效果和存在的问题进行文化层面的反思和总结,并提出在家庭治疗本土化过程中,中国的家庭治疗师需要对传统文化进行当代诠释,对自身文化的倾向性保持敏感与自觉,积极利用本土文化资源,中国家庭治疗师需要进行中西文化的契合性研究的建议。

Many differences and conflicts between Chinese and western cultures,including family culture,objectively put forward different requirement on the goals and means of family therapy and also make multicultural characteristics of family therapy stemming from Western culture.Due to the impact of philosophical hermeneutics,coupled with the rapid development of family therapy in clinical practice,home therapists in different cultural backgrounds are increasingly being localized in clinical practice and research.The article reviews and summarizes the cultural effects of the family therapists in China in clinical practice and puts forward that Chinese home therapists need to interpret the traditional culture in a contemporary way and localize their own cultures Maintain the sensitivity and awareness of the tendencies,and actively use local cultural resources,attach great importance to foreign culture to explore the localization and research recommendations.
