Research on Methods and Routes to Increase Peacekeeping Training Discursive Power from the Perspective of United Nations Police

维和培训是维和理念形成、价值观输出及行动模式和规范形成的重要阵地,是中国深度参与全球治理,以及提高参与联合国维和事务深度和广度的重要抓手,是中国提高在联合国维和事务中话语权的重要途径。以维和警察培训作为切入点,梳理当前中国维和培训存在的问题,尝试探索一条更加合理可行的维和培训发展路径,以提升中国维和培训的话语权。

Peacekeeping training is the key platform for peacekeepers to build the peacekeeping concept,sense of value,operation mode as well as code of conduct.It would play a significant role in China?s taking part in global governance as well as raising the width and depth in UN peacekeeping participation.What*s more,it is also an important way to increase China?discursive power in UN peacekeeping.This paper takes peacekeeping training as a standing point to briefly introduce the current situation of China peacekeeping training and the problems restricting the further development of China peacekeeping to find out the reasonable and effective pathway to increase the voice and discursive power in multi-lateral platform such as UN peacekeeping operations.
