以联合国维和行动为研究对象,分析、建立其风险评估指标体系,利用定性-定量分析法,在对各级指标进行归一化处理基础上,赋予不同权重,通过建立风险评估模型,计算联合国维和行动风险值,并以不同颜色分等级进行标识,为维和行动提供辅助支持,以降低风险。

To establish a risk assessment index system based on the analysis of peacekeeping operations,this paper takes the United Nations peacekeeping operations as its research object.After all the indicators have been processed,they are given different weights on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.The risk values of United Nations'peacekeeping operations are calculated by establishing the risk assessment model,and these values are identified in different colors.The system provides auxiliary support for peacekeeping operations in order to reduce risks.
