心理学视域下警民政治信任中的塔西佗陷阱解析

Tacitus Trap of Police's Political Trust from the Perspective of Psychology

从心理学视角对警民政治信任中的塔西佗陷阱进行解析,包括:难以妥善处理群体性事件;公安民警形象危机;民众对公安机关正常执法的抵触心理。建议:公安机关要善于塑造良好的形象;运用"霍桑效应"宣泄民众负面情绪;与民众共情调适期望落差心理,进一步提升警民政治信任,跨越塔西佗陷阱。

From the perspective of psychology,this paper analyzes the Tacitus trap in the political distrust between the police and the people,manifested in the hard-to-solve mass events,the image crisis of public security police,and the people’s resistance to the normal law enforcement of the public security agencies.It is suggested that the public security agencies shall learn to build a good image,use the“Hawthorne effect”to vent the negative emotions of the public,and adjust the psychology of people*s expectations by empathizing with the public,and melt the ice of political distrust between the police and the people,so as to cross the Tacitus trap.
