摘要
"双一流"建设方案的出台开启了我国建设高等教育强国的新征程,"双一流"建设主体虽是高校,但其背后却体现着国家的战略考量和高等教育发展的普遍规律。只有深刻把握其蕴含的服务国家战略、建设高等教育强国、坚持中国特色、坚持梯次发展、培养一流人才等逻辑遵循,才能更好地推进"双一流"建设。
“Double world-class”construction starts a new journey for a powerful nation of higher education in China.Though the main body of“double world-class”construction is colleges and universities,“double world-class”construction embodies the national strategy and universal rule of higher education development.Only when we grasp the universal rules,such as serving the strategies of the country,constructing a powerful nation of higher education,cultivating the talents with a development plan with a hierarchical structure,can we better propel the“double first-class"construction.
