摘要
课题组在江苏选择了524名民众作为调查对象,以深入了解江苏民众对心理健康服务行业的态度。结果显示:54.39%的民众对心理健康服务的态度较为消极。人际开放性维度不同、性别不同、文化程度不同的民众对心理健康服务的态度存在显著差异。江苏民众希望社会心理服务机构能在服务内容的针对性、宣传渠道的覆盖面、自然庭院式的咨询环境、合理的收费标准等方面进行改善。
In order to explore the developing direction of mental health service industry and promote the implementation of the“Healthy China”strategy,524 residents in Jiangsu province are surveyed to investigate their attitudes towards the mental health service industry.The results demonstrated that 54.39%of the residents hold negative attitudes towards the mental health service.Significant differences in attitudes are recorded according to the residents’interpersonal openness dimension,gender and educational level.Jiangsu residents hope the mental health institutions to significantly improve the following aspects,to provide targeted counseling,to extend media coverage,to establish facilities with a natural style and to charge reasonable prices.
