国内钢结构装配式被动房设计实践

Design Practice of the Steel-Structure and Prefabricated Passive House in China

山东建筑大学教学实验综合楼(一期工程)为国内钢结构装配式被动房,位于山东建筑大学新校区内图书信息楼南侧。本项目由山东建大建筑规划设计研究院进行施工图设计,中建建筑工业化设计研究院在施工图基础上进行装配式+被动式优化和深化设计。装配式优化深化设计内容包括:钢结构优化设计、楼板方案比选、桁架钢筋混凝土叠合板深化设计、预制钢筋混凝土楼梯深化设计、装配式节点设计。被动式优化深化设计内容包括:外墙、保温技术研究、被动式建筑技术节点深化设计、平面优化、雨水内外排优化、气密层处理。

The teaching experiment complex building(first-phase project)which is located on the south part of the library information building in the new campus of Shandong-Jianzhu University is the steel-structure and prefabricated passive house in China.The structure of the project is designed by the Institute of Architectural Planning and Design of Shandong Jianzhu University.Prefabricated and passive design is subsequently optimized and deepened by China Construction Industrialised Design Institute.The optimized and detailed design for prefabricated house includes optimized steel structure design,floor plan selection,detailed design of truss reinforced concrete laminated slab,detailed design of prefabricated reinforced concrete staircase and prefabricated joint design.The optimized and detailed design for passive house includes external wall,thermal insulation technology,detailed node design for passive building technology,plane optimization,rainwater drainage optimization and air-tightness layer treatment.
