摘要
通过转矩流变仪将聚乳酸(PLA)、聚己二酸-对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)、有机蒙脱土(OMMT)和扩链剂(ADR)熔融共混制备了PLA/PBAT/OMMT三元纳米复合材料。通过差示扫描量热仪、偏光显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、旋转流变仪和傅里叶红外光谱仪对复合材料的结晶性能、熔融行为、相态结构、流变性能等进行了分析。结果表明,PBAT和OMMT的加入提高了PLA的结晶速率和晶核密度;ADR的加入提高了PLA与PBAT的相容性;随着ADR的加入,PLA/PBAT/OMMT复合材料的储能模量提高,体系的熔体弹性增加。
The poly(lactic acid)(PLA)/poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)/organic montmorillonite(OMMT)nanocomposites were prepared by melt blending on a torque rheometer,and their crystallization and melting behaviors,morphology,microstructure and rheological properties were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry,polarized optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,rotational rheometer and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy.The results indicated that the presence of PBAT and OMMT improved the crystallization rate and density of crystal nucleus of PLA.The addition of chain extender could enhance the compatibility of PLA with PBAT,thus leading to an increase in storage modulus and an enhancement in melt elasticity.
