摘要
文章针对矩形模具在车间约束布局的合理性和车间利用率问题,将模具在车间的排布问题转换为二维矩形排样问题进行研究。结合某航空制造企业净化车间矩形模具排布的现场实际,在传统二维矩形排样算法基础上,提出一种基于约束的分批次启发式顺序规则排样算法,以优化矩形模具在净化车间的布局问题。仿真实验结果表明,该算法有效地提高了净化车间利用率。
In view of the rationality of constrained rectangular mould layout and the utilization of aviation composite material at purification workshop,the layout problem is transferred into a two-dimensional rectangular packing problem.According to the actual situation of the rectangular mould layout at purification workshop of an aeronautical manufacturing enterprise,and based on the traditional 2D rectangular packing algorithm,a constraint based batch heuristic sequential rule layout algorithm is proposed for the optimization of rectangular mould layout at purification workshop.Results of simulation experiment show that the algorithm can effectively improve the utilization of the purification workshop.
