摘要
针对封闭式压缩机瞬态工况下激励载荷测试困难的问题,文章通过测试启动过程等瞬态工况下压缩机排、回气口的位移响应,并结合压缩机的虚拟样机动力学模型,提出了一种压缩机瞬态工况下激励载荷的辨识分析方法。分析了转子式压缩机在启动阶段的载荷特征,明确了压缩机在启动过程等瞬态工况下的激励载荷具有较明显的脉冲激励特征,进而提出了对脉冲激励峰值出现时间以及峰值载荷的辨识算法,并通过实验测试验证了该算法可行,为压缩机-管路系统在启动过程等瞬态工况下的动力学响应特性分析奠定了一定的基础。
Considering the difficulties in measuring hermetic compressor excitation loads under transient conditions,and by measuring the displacement response of exhaust and suction ports under some transient conditions like start-up,a new method to identify the excitation loads of rotary compressor under transient conditions is proposed based on the dynamical model of the compressor virtual prototype.Through the analysis of load characteristics of rotary compressor during start-up,it can be seen that the excitation loads of the compressor have obvious pulse excitation characteristic under start-up transient condition,and the identification algorithm of the occurrence time of pulse peak and the peak load is presented.The feasibility of the method is verified by experimental results.It provides a foundation for the dynamic response analysis of compressor-pipe system under transient conditions such as start-up.
