摘要
次同步振荡威胁并网风电场安全稳定运行,抑制并网风电场次同步振荡是新能源并网稳定性研究中最受关注、最具有实际应用意义的重要问题之一。本文围绕柔性输电系统及其附加阻尼控制器、风机换流器控制回路上附加次同步阻尼控制器、次同步滤波器及其他措施等4类主要抑制措施,梳理和回顾了近十多年来国内外抑制并网风电场次同步振荡方面的研究成果。对上述4类抑制措施的研究成果进行了比较,并对阻尼控制器抑制次同步振荡的机理与设计步骤进行了详细说明。最后,对目前并网风电场次同步振荡抑制措施研究中还存在的问题进行了总结,并对接下来的研究方向进行了展望。
Subsynchronous oscillation threatens the security and stability of power grid connected with wind farms.Subsynchronous oscillation suppression of grid-connected wind farms is one of the most important and practical issues in the study of the stability of grid-connected clean energy.FACTS/VSC-HVDC and its additional damping controller,subsynchronous damping controller and subsynchronous filiter of the control loop on the converter of wind power generator,and other measures are four types of main measures to suppress subsynchronous oscillation of grid-connected wind farms.This paper reviews and compares the research findings of these four types of suppression measures in the last ten years.The mechanism and designing steps of subsynchronous damping controller to suppress subsynchronous oscillation are also described in detail.Finally,the existing problems in the study of the subsynchronous oscillation suppression measures of the grid-connected wind farms are summarized.The paper also points out the direction for future research.
