摘要 针对双目立体视觉测量中,基线距离B、光轴与Z轴夹角θ等结构参数只是理论分析、实验难以测量这一问题,通过创新设计,并应用3D打印技术打印基本零件,搭建了较为精密的双目视觉系统误差分析综合实验台,结合实验台提出了由旋转半径r、旋转角度γ表述的双目视觉系统结构参数模型,介绍了实验台工作原理及结构参数在此实验台中的精确设置与读取方法,减小了由人工操作带来的误差,提高了实验效率,分析了结构参数对系统误差的影响。通过理论分析与实验对比,证明双目视觉系统结构参数模型具有较高的应用价值。 There are only theoretical analyses on the structural parameters such as the baseline distance B,the angleθbetween the optical axis and the Z axis specific to the binocular stereo vision measurement,and it is difficult to measure these in experiments.The article applies the innovative design and 3D printing technology to build a more sophisticated integrated experimental table for error analysis of binocular vision system.Based on the experimental table,it proposes a solution to the structural parameter model of binocular vision system with rotating radius r and rotation angleθ,and describes the operating principle of the experimental table as well as the precise setting and reading method of structural parameters in the experimental table.This reduces the error caused by manual operation and improves the experimental efficiency.In addition,it analyzes the influences of structural parameters on the system error,compares the theoretical analysis and experiment,proves that the structural parameter model of binocular vision system has a high application value.
