装砖机四杆导向装置模态及瞬态分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了进一步研究装砖机导向装置在工作过程中受到外力干扰时的应力应变状况以及力学性能,通过Pro/E构建了导向装置的三维模型,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行模态分析,得到其前6阶固有频率和振型。对导向装置受启动惯性力和冲击力作用进行了瞬态分析,得到其应力、变形变化规律和应力、变形最大时刻云图,其最大变形在导向杆最下端分别为0.818 9mm/m和2.660 0mm/m,最大应力在导向杆与导向套接触处分别为15.21MPa和48.00MPa,整个机构的最大应力为149.99MPa,变形和应力均符合要求。验证了装砖机导向装置结构设计的合理性和安全性。 To further study the stress/strain and mechanical properties of the guiding device in the interference effect of external force during the normal operation,it builds a simplified model of guiding device in Pro/E,analyzes its modal in ANSYS,obtains the first six mode frequencies and mode shapes,discusses the transient and simulates the four bar guiding device in the starting inertia force and impact force condition,illustrates the stress and displacement changing rules.The results show that the maximum deformation at the bottom end of the guide rod is 0.818 9mm/m and 2.660 0mm/m,the maximum stress is 15.21MPa and 48.00MPa at the contact point of guide rod and guide sleeve,the maximum stress of the whole mechanism is 149.99MPa,the deformation and stress are all reasonable.This verifies the safe and reasonable property of the loading brick machine.
