摘要 在分析原有机械调节式卷板机存在的问题和国内外卷板加工装备、新技术、新工艺的基础上,研制一台新型卷板机。基于全液压驱动和控制的设计思路,对卷板机的运动系统和整体结构进行分析论证,确定最优研制方案,并根据卷板机的工作和性能要求,进行液压驱动和控制系统设计。应用结果表明,新型卷板机具有操作简便、易于控制、卷板质量好等特点。 Developments a new type of coiling machine based on the analysis of the problems existing in the old mechanical driven coiling machine and based on the analysis of the coiling processing equipment and the new coiling technology and process at home and abroad.The optimal design scheme is determined by analyzing and demonstrating the motion system and the whole structure of the equipment applying the design concept of fully hydraulic drive and control.And the hydraulic drive and control system is designed according to the working and serviceability requirements of the coiling machine.The application shows that the new type of coiling machine has the advantages of convenient operation,easy control and good quality of rolling plate.
