摘要
依据机械安全标准EN ISO 13849-1,以机器人清洗机为例,对其在使用中可能存在的风险等级进行分析,给出了清洗机的安全对策,着重设计了急停、防护门、上下料区域的安全电路,有效地提高了清洗机的安全性和可靠性,对其他设备的安全电路设计具有一定的借鉴作用。
Based on the mechanical safety standard EN ISO 13849-1,it takes the robot cleaning machine as an object,analyzes the possible risk levels in use,proposes the safety measures of the washing machine,shows the design project such as the safety circuits for emergency stop,protective doors,and loading and unloading areas.This design improves effectively the safety and reliability of the cleaning machine,and has certain reference for the safety circuit design of other equipment.
