摘要
随着预制装配工业化技术的发展,钢-混凝土结合梁特别是曲线结合梁也开始采用预制桥面板,但是钢梁与预制桥面板的界面结合技术目前研究较少,技术不成熟。结合一50 m曲线结合梁预制桥面板设计与施工的成功案例,总结了曲线预制桥面板钢-混凝土结合梁在临时支撑、界面结合、桥面板模块化、剪力键布置等方面的关键技术,为相关工程的研究与设计提供参考。
With the development of industrialization technology of prefabricated assembly,steel-concrete composite beam design,especially the curved beam,started to use prefabricated bridge deck.However,the research on the interface bonding between steel beams and precast deck is limited and not mature.A case of design and construction of a curved 50 m composite beam of precast deck system was presented in this paper.The key technology of the curved steel-concrete composite beam of precast deck system was introduced in terms of temporary support,interface bonding,deck modular,shear connectors.It may be used for research and design of relevant projects.
