摘要
盾构管片接头螺栓与螺栓孔存在装配间隙,剪切作用下管片纵向连接螺栓在受剪的同时还受弯矩作用。为得到更接近工程实际的管片纵向连接抗剪刚度,根据Timoshenko理论推导了大直径盾构管片纵向连接抗剪刚度计算公式,并通过上海长江隧道管片环缝抗剪性能试验进行了验证。研究结果表明:公式计算结果与试验结果吻合得较好;由于装配间隙的存在,剪切作用下管片纵向螺栓抗剪刚度主要由其弯曲刚度控制,螺栓变形也以弯曲变形为主。
Due to the assembly gaps between joint bolts and bolt holes of shield tunnel segments,the segment longitudinal connection bolts are subject to both the shear and bending moment when they are under the shear action.To obtain the longitudinal connection shear stiffness of segments close to engineering practice,the calculation formula for the longitudinal connection shear stiffness of large diameter shield segments was derived by Timoshenko theory,which was verif ied by ring joint shear performance test of Shanghai Yangtze River tunnel segment.The results show that calculation results of the formula are in good agreement with the test results,the shear stiffness of the segment longitudinal bolts is mainly controlled by the bending stiffness and the deformation of bolt is mainly the bending deformation under the shear action due to the existence of assembly gap.
