摘要
心理适应是人们内心世界普遍面临的一种心理活动,本研究在总结前人研究成果的基础之上,归纳提出了一种较为完整的心理适应过程理论——"C-C心理适应过程理论",该理论体现了心理适应过程在时间上的连续性和在空间上的关联性。将该理论与新入职教师群体(入职3年以内的教师)相结合,探索新入职教师心理适应过程的理论模型是本文的重要突破点,同时也是以跨学科视角来探索教师教育的重要体现。
Psychological adaptation is a kind of psychological activity that large human beings generally experience.Based on the previous studies,this paper puts forward a more complete theory of psychological adaptation process-“C-C Theory of Adaptation Process”,which reflects the continuity of the psychological adaptation process in time and its relevance in space.This paper makes an important breakthrough by combining the“C-C Theory of Adaptation Process”with the newly recruited teachers(teachers with less than three years of teaching experience in a school),and exploring the theoretical model of the new teachers psychological adaptation process.Meanwhile,it also explores teacher education from an interdisciplinary perspective.
