摘要
教师教育课程改革的特色在于地方化课程体系的构建和实践。教师教育课程的地方化应迎合"育人为本、终身教育、反思实践、文化融合"等基本理念,贯彻有效性、实践性、模块化、多元化的课程设置原则。地方化的教师教育课程内容应能体现地域性教师培养的方向和社会诉求,其核心标志是符合社会主义教师职业道德观前提下的有地域针对性的育人实践的有效性。同时,文章探讨了课程地方化过程中课程资源建设、课堂模式选择和教师团队建设等课程的支撑体系。
Curriculum reform for teacher education is characterized by construction of localization curriculum system and practicing.The curriculum localization of teacher education ought to be led by new educational ideas of cultivation-orientation,life-long education,reflective practicing and cultural integration.Furthermore,curriculum localization should follow principles of effectiveness,practicality,modularization and diversification.This article suggests that curriculum localization should meet the needs of social requirements and regional features and the reform targets the building of regionally cultivated system,regional professional ethics.And,this article discusses the support system about curriculum resources,classroom models and team building.
