摘要 美国教育家杜威倡导"做中学"的教育理念,注重学习过程中学生体验的作用;我国教育家陶行知主张"教学做合一",可见,学与做之间有着紧密联系。我国当前教师培养中存在着学与做脱节的问题,这严重制约了教师培养的质量,借鉴上述两位教育家的教育理念,提出学与做相结合的教师培养的双轮驱动模式,即一方面学习教育理论、教育技巧和专业知识;另一方面进行教学观摩、教学实践、教学反思,使学习知识和练习技能紧密结合、良性互动,以期助力教师培养驶上质量提升的快车道。 The American educator Dewey advocates the education concept of“learning in doing”,which focuses on the role of experience in students learning.Our country educator Tao Xingzhi advocated that“teach-learn-do incorporation”.Thus it can be seen that there is a strong link between learning and doing.There is a problem of disconnection between learning and doing in the cultivation of teachers in our country,which seriously constrains the quality of teachers cultivation.Using the education concept of the two educators,the two-wheel driving model is put forward to combine the learning and doing.On the one hand,students should learn education theories,education skills and professional knowledge.On the other hand,they should observe teaching,practice teaching and reflect teaching.Combining the learning knowledge with exercising skills,it will help teachers training to go on the fast track of quality improvement.
