大数据时代背景下教师专业发展生态构建研究 被引量:6

摘要 在数据驱动变革的大数据时代,大数据技术在教育教学实践中的广泛应用同时给教师专业发展带来机遇与挑战。如何把握这种机遇与克服这种挑战,以更好地提升教师专业发展水平,成为大数据时代教师专业发展研究领域必须要探讨的重大问题。针对该问题,本文首先深入分析了大数据对于教师专业发展的价值意蕴与大数据时代对教师专业发展提出的新要求。在此基础之上,以人类发展生态学理论为基础构建了大数据时代教师专业发展生态系统模型,界定了该模型的概念、组成与特征。论文最后以该模型的组成与特征、教师专业发展领域相关研究成果以及大数据技术发展现状为依据,提出大数据时代背景下促进教师专业发展的路径选择,以期为大数据时代教师专业发展的研究与实践提供理论借鉴。 The wide application of big data technology in education and teaching practice will not only create good opportunities for teachers professional development,but also pose many new challenges to teachers professional development,in the era of big data.How to grasp the opportunities brought by the big data technology and how to overcome the challenges brought by the big data technology,in order to better promote the professional development level of teachers,and effectively promote the deep integration of information technology and education and teaching,it is a question that must be discussed in the field of teacher professional development in big data age.In view of this problem,this paper systematically analyzed the value implications of big data for teachers professional development,and probed into the requirements of the big data era for teachers professional development.On the basis of this,this paper took ecology theory as the research angle of view,and puts forward the ecological path of promoting teachers professional development under the background of big data,in order to provide theoretical reference for the research and practice of professional development of teachers in the era of big data.
