近年来,教师的质量引起了社会的广泛关注,社会各界对教师的质量也提出了更高的要求。教师读书会是教师学习共同体的实践形式,也是提升教师专业化水平的有效途径,与其他形式的教师学习共同体相比,更具民主性、自主性和系统性。教师读书会的活动内容主要有主题阅读的分享与交流、教研实践的提问与解惑、教学经验的总结与反思,和科研知识的补充与更新,对于完善教师的教育理论知识、减轻职业倦怠和促进专业发展等方面具有积极的意义。

In recent years,the quality of teachers has aroused the widespread concern of the society,and all circles of the society have put forward higher requirements for the quality of teachers.The teachers reading club is the practical form of the teachers learning community.It is also an effective way to improve the professional level of teachers.Compared with other forms of teacher learning community,it is more democratic,autonomous and systematic.The questions and puzzles of teaching and research practice,the summary and reflection of teaching experience,and the supplement and renewal of scientific research knowledge have positive significance in perfecting teachers educational theoretical knowledge,reducing job burnout and promoting professional development.
