论世界体系转型中的中国定位

China Positioning in the Transformation of World System

当今世界体系正处于转型期,冷战后的国际格局由一超多强向"多极"或"无极"转型,世界体系由西方主导向东西方共同主导的方向转型,战争已不再是转型的唯一手段。现有国际治理机制难以解决日益突显的国际问题,G20作为世界体系转型的开端登上国际舞台,随着国际环境的变化,其角色定位也在发生转变。世界体系转型与中国崛起在互动过程中相互建构,一方面,体系转型为中国崛起带来历史机遇;另一方面,中国崛起作为体系转型的重要动力,与各国际关系行为体通过竞争和合作的双重模式进行互动。在此过程中,"人类命运共同体"的理念将中华文明的精髓展示于国际舞台,为国际政治文明带来新的理念和思考。

The current world system is experiencing a period of transition.After the Cold War,the international structure is turning from“one superpower and many powers”to“multi-polar world”or“non-polar world”.The world system is changing from western-dominance to eastern-western coordination.War is no longer the only way of transforming the world system.Since the current international governance mechanism can not cope with the growing international problem,G20 which marks the beginning of the transformation sets foot on the world stage.Its role position is also going through transformation with the change of international environment.The transition of world system and the rise of China construct with each other in an interactive way.On the one hand,the transition creates a historical opportunity for the rise of China.On the other hand,the rise of China as an important driving force,interacts with the international actors in the dual way of competition and cooperation.In the course of it,“community of human destiny”will present the essence of Chinese civilization to international stage,bringing new ideas to international political civilization.
