工业工程专业协同阶梯式创新实践教学研究

Research on Innovation Practical Teaching of Coordination Laddered for Industrial Engineering Major

针对目前本科工业工程专业实践教学过程中存在的不足,为有效培养学生在校期间的创新实践能力,结合现代企业发展实际需求以及工业工程专业特点,建立起一套科学、合理、操作性强的协同阶梯式创新实践教学体系,形成校内、校校、校企之间的协同培养,实现基本实践能力、综合实践能力和创新实践能力的不断提升,提高学生的综合素质和就业竞争力。该文以郑州航空工业管理学院工业工程专业为例,从教学体系、教学方法、考核方式、保障措施等方面进行实践。实践结果表明,该体系能够有效培养学生的创新实践能力,有效促进工业工程专业发展和满足社会对该专业的人才要求。

Aiming at the existing problems of industrial engineering in the process of practical teaching,cultivating students for the ability of innovation practice,combined with the actual demand of the development of modern enterprises and industrial engineering characteristics,we have established a scientific,reasonable and operable innovation practical teaching system.The system has formed collaborative inner school,school-school,school-enterprise,to realize the basic practical ability,practical ability and innovational ability and to improve students'comprehensive quality and employment competitiveness.This paper takes the example of industrial engineering major of Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics,carried out the practice from the aspects of teaching system,teaching method,assessment method and guarantee measure.The practical results show that the system could effectively cultivate students'innovative practical ability,and effectively promote the development of industrial engineering and meet the social requirements for the graduates.
