中小企业白领职员篮球联赛活动研究

A Study of White-collar Workers Basketball Activities in Small and Medium Enterprise

篮球活动场地设施相对完善,联赛活动具有男女老少皆宜的特质。篮球联赛活动的开展有助于提高企业员工的身体素质和工作效率,对团队协作能力和企业凝聚力都具有积极的促进作用,有利于发扬企业创新精神。本论文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法及数理统计等研究方法对朝阳市中小企业白领职员篮球联赛活动开展时所遇到的问题及影响开展的因素等方面进行调查研究,为加强企业篮球联赛活动的指导与组织,创新企业文化提供可借鉴的参考。

Basketball activities are perfect league activities good for men and women.Basketball league campaigns help to improve the physical quality of the staff and work for team cooperation with positive role in promoting enterprise unity beneficial to enterprise spirit.This paper studies the documents and materials via questionnaire and mathematical statistics of small and medium-sized enterprises in chaoyang white-collar staff basketball activities and the problems with influence for reference and study and the guidance in basketball innovation enterprise culture.
