摘要
目的探讨信息化追溯系统在外来器械管理中的应用。方法选取2016年3月~年12月本院外来器械470件作为常规组。选取2017年1月~9月外来器械497件作为追溯组。常规组给予常规管理。追溯组在常规管理的基础上给予信息化追溯系统管理。比较两组器械清洁、准备情况及手术室满意度。结果追溯组外来器械及植入物清洗质量合格率明显高于常规组,灭菌湿包率明显低于常规组(P<0.05);追溯组包装不合格率、植入物型号错误率、丢失率明显低于常规组(P<0.05);追溯组手术室满意率明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论信息化追溯系统可有效改善外来器械管理中的器械清洁、准备质量,有利于提高手术室满意度。
Objective To discuss the application of information tracing system in the management of foreign instruments.Methods 470 foreign instruments were selected as the routine group from March 2016 to December 2016 in our Hospital,497 foreign instruments were selected as traceability groups from January 2017 to September 2017.Routine group takes the general management,while the traceability group adopts information traceability system management.According to different ways,it can compare data about the degree of instrument cleaning,preparation and operation room satisfaction.Results The rate of quality for the cleaning of foreign instruments and implants of traceability group was significantly higher than the routine group,the sterilizing moisture content of traceability group was significantly lower than the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The package disqualification rate,implant model error rate,loss rate of the foreign instruments and implants of traceability group was significantly lower than the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation room satisfaction rate of traceability group was significantly higher than the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The information tracing system can effectively improve the equipment cleaning and preparation quality in the management of foreign instruments.It is helpful to improve the satisfaction of the operation room,it's worth for further clinical promotion.
