跨学科团队主导的护理查房模式在骨科护理中的应用

Application of Interdisciplinary Team-led Nursing Mode on Orthopedic Nursing

目的探讨跨学科团队主导的护理查房模式在骨科护理中的应用效果。方法 2017年7月~12月我科应用跨学科团队主导的护理查房模式,并对实施前后查房效果进行评价。结果实施后病区管理能力、应急处理能力、沟通能力、病例分析能力、问诊能力、健康教育能力、文书记录、操作技能、团队合作等综合能力评分高于实施前(P<0.05)。实施后并发症发生率、意外事件发生率低于实施前(P<0.05),锻炼依从率、满意率高于实施前(P<0.05),平均住院时间短于实施前(P<0.05)。结论跨学科团队主导的护理查房模式能有效提高骨科护士综合护理能力及护理服务质量,从而降低并发症及不良事件发生,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To discuss the application of interdisciplinary team-led nursing model in orthopedic nursing work.Methods The interdisciplinary team-led nursing mode was conducted on orthopedics and the round-trip effect was evaluated from July 2017 to December 2017.Results The comprehensive capability of orthopedic nurses ward management ability,emergency treatment ability,communication ability,case analysis ability,consultation ability,health education ability,paperwork record,operation skills,teamwork of interdisciplinary team-led nursing model after implementation was higher than before(P<0.05).The complication rate,the incidence of accidents after implementation were lower than the control group(P<0.05),while the satisfaction rate after implementation wereas higher than before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion Interdisciplinary team-led nursing round-robin model can effectively improve the comprehensive nursing capacity and nursing service quality of orthopedic nurses,and thus reduce the incidence of complications and adverse events in orthopedic patients and improve patient satisfaction with treatment.
