Research and Practice on the University-Enterprise Cooperation Model Based on CDIO Theory: Taking the Automobile Service Engineering Major of Guangxi Normal University as an Example

广西师大汽车服务工程专业引企入校,基于CDIO理念,形成了"产教融合、理实交替、阶梯递进"的人才培养合作模式。可以解决校企合作中企业办学动力不足、学校实践教学技能与企业岗位需求技能差距较大等问题。培养德行为先、理论与技能并重、应用能力和创新能力特色的新型汽车服务领域应用型高级人才。

Through the university-enterprise cooperation model based on CDIO theory,a cooperative model for talent cultivation with"production-education integration,theory-practice alternation and progressiveness"formed in Guangxi Normal University,which is conducive to solving the problems of insufficient driving force of the enterprise in university-enterprise cooperation,and the relatively big gap between practical teaching skills in the university and post skills in the enterprise.The aim is to cultivate advanced applied and innovative automobile service talents with professional ethics,professional knowledge and skills.
