新时代高职院校思想政治工作创新探析

加强和改进高校思想政治工作,事关办什么样的大学、怎样办大学的根本问题,事关党对高校的领导,事关中国特色社会主义后继有人,是一项重大的政治任务和战略工程。近年来,高职院校发展非常快,办学规模,在校生人数等都有较大的提高,成为高校中一支不可或缺的力量。同时,由于高等职业教育在人才培养目标、人才培养模式、教学组织形式等方面与本科高等教育都有着明显的不同,教师队伍、学生素质等方面与本科院校也存在不同的特点;对我们的思想政治工作的方法和手段提出了不同的要求。

Strengthening and improving ideological and political work in colleges and universities is related to the fundamental issues of the characteristics of a college and the methods to run it.As a major political task and strategic project,it is also related to the leadership of the Party to colleges and universities and the cultivation of successors for socialism with Chinese characteristics.In recent years,with the rapid development of higher vocational colleges,their expansion of the scale of education,and the increase in higher vocational college students,higher vocational colleges have become an indispensable force in higher education.At the same time,because higher vocational education is different from undergraduate higher education in terms of talent training objectives,talent training patterns,and teaching organization forms,there are also different characteristics of teacher'team and students'quality.Therefore,different requirements are put forward on the methods and means of ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges.
