高职学生顶岗实习阶段思想政治教育工作困境及对策研究——以重庆商务职业学院餐饮旅游学院为例

Study on the Dilemma and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational Students' Ideological and Political Education in the Period of On-post Practice: Taking College of Catering and Tourism of Chongqing Business Vocational College as an Example

顶岗实习是高职学生将理论联系实践,实现"以就业为导向"教学目标的重要教学环节。顶岗实习期间加强学生的思想政治教育工作更是具有重要的意义。这不仅是贯彻"以人为本"教育理念的需要,同时也是遵循全程育人教育原则的要求。而在当前形势下,顶岗实习阶段中对学生进行思想政治教育工作却存在着一定的困境。本文拟通过对顶岗实习现状的梳理,找出其存在的困境并试图提出相应的改善措施。

On-post practice is an important teaching link for higher vocational students to connect theory with practice and achieve the goal of"employment-oriented"teaching.It is of great significance to strengthen students'ideological and political education during the on-post practice period.This is not only the need to implement the"people-oriented"education concept,but also the requirement to follow the principle of whole-process education.Under the current situation,there is a certain dilemma in carrying out ideological and political education for students during the on-post period.This paper intends to find out its dilemma through combing the status of on-post practice and tries to put forward corresponding improvement measures.
