Construction of a Talent Training Mode Based on Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Colleges and Universities

创新创业教育是我国当前高校人才培养的一个重要内容,在十多年的探索与实践中,取得了一定的成绩,但是也暴露了诸多问题。本文结合国内外的理论与实践,阐明了创新创业教育的理念,为高校建立创新创业导向的高校人才培养模式,提供了一种可操作的路径。

The education of innovation and entrepreneurship is one of the most important aspects of talent cultivation in our colleges and universities.In more than 10 years of exploration and practice,we have obtained substantial achievements.However,many problems do exist.Based on the theory and practice at home and abroad,this paper illustrates the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship.Besides,it also provides an operable way for the establishment of innovative and entrepreneurial talents training mode in colleges and universities.
