《反不正当竞争法》在我国颁布这些年来,主要适用的是现实的市场经济,在互联网行业迅速发展的情况下,互联网行业之间的竞争更加激烈,这就要求对互联网行业的监管更加严格,将我国的《反不正当竞争法》应用于互联网行业就很有必要。通过探究《反不正当竞争法》在互联网行业应用的可行性,提出针对《反不正当竞争法》应用于互联网行业的几点建议。

Since it was promulgated in China,the"Anti-Unfair Competition Law"has been mainly applicable to the real market economy.With the rapid development of the Internet industry,competitions among the Internet industry has become more intense,which requires stricter supervision of the Internet industry,so it is necessary to apply the"Anti-Unfair Competition Law"in the Internet industry.By exploring the feasibility of applying the"Anti-Unfair Competition Law"in the Internet industry,some suggestions on the application of the"Anti-Unfair Competition Law"in the Internet industry are proposed.
