在医学教育模式改革背景下谈全科医生规培中岗位胜任力的培养

Discussion on the Training of Post Competence in the Standardized Training of General Practitioners under the Background of Medical Education Reform

从医学教育模式改革的角度研究关于全科医生胜任力的培养,总结了国外对医生胜任力的不同要求,并结合国内学者对全科医生胜任力的相关研究,根据自身在临床教学中的体会,提出了对全科医师胜任力的理解及在教学中如何采用不同的教学方法对全科规培医师胜任力进行培训。

From the perspective of the reform of the medical education model,we studied the training of general practitioners'competency,and summed up the different requirements of doctors'competency in foreign countries.Combined with the domestic scholars'research on the competency of general practitioners as well as our own experience in clinical teaching,we proposed an understanding of the competency of general practitioners and discussed how to adopt different teaching methods to train the competency of general practitioners in teaching.
