未来一个阶段是我国制造业崛起的关键时期,加快人力资本提升,培养具有现代"匠人精神"的发展型、创新型和复合型技术技能人才是时代赋予高等职业教育人才培养的新内涵,本研究对省内四所高职院校进行问卷调查分析,试图准确把握当下高职学生的思想特点和行为规律,为加强新形势下高职学生思想政治教育和人才培养探索出有实效性的办法。

The next stage is the crucial period for the rise of China's manufacturing industry.Accelerating the upgrading of human capital and cultivating development-oriented,innovative,and composite technical and technological talents with a modern"artisan spirit"are the new connotations that the era has given to talent training in higher vocational education.A questionnaire survey was conducted on four higher vocational colleges in the province,attempting to accurately grasp the ideological characteristics and behavioral rules of the current higher vocational students,and to explore practical methods for strengthening the ideological and political education and talent cultivation of higher vocational students under the new situation.
