医学院校服务型基层党组织建设的思考

医学院校作为教育及医疗双重服务的重要部门之一,基层党组织建设对学校的发展起着至关重要的作用。加强服务型基层党组织建设作为学校整体建设中的重要内容,以发展医疗卫生工作为目标,服务师生员工、服务学校与社会为主要任务,提高基层党组织的服务能力,不断强化服务功能将作为党建工作长期需要努力的方向。

As one of the important departments of education and medical dual services,medical colleges and universities play an important role in the development of grassroots Party organizations.Strengthening the construction of service-oriented grassroots Party organizations as an important part of the overall construction of colleges and universities,aims at the development of medical and health work,and takes serving teachers,students,college development and society as the main tasks.So we should improve the service capabilities of grassroots Party organizations,and continuously strengthen service functions,which is the long-term direction for the work of Party construction.
