双膜法炼油污水处理在长期运行中的问题与改进 被引量:1

摘要 中国石油天然气集团公司长庆石化分公司2008年改造建设了膜生物反应器(MBR)装置,配套建设了反渗透(RO)装置,经过不断调整,装置已实现长周期运行。但在运行过程中,装置出现了MBR跨膜压差升高无法提高产水量以及RO膜元件堵塞严重的问题,造成进水量减少,运行周期缩短,清洗频率升高等。针对这些问题,从生产操作和工艺等方面进行了改进,如更换过滤器填料、改造加药系统等,提高了设备运行时长,减少了清洗频次。2017年RO装置平均回用率提高至68%,MBR装置平均运行率提高至90.0%。 CNPC Changqing Petrochemical Company modified its membrane bioreactor(MBR)unit in 2008,with reverse osmosis(RO)unit added.After debugging and test,they have been running well for a long period of time.However,problems still existed in the operation:the increased MBR trans-membrane pressure difference curbing water yield and the serious blocking in RO membrane elements,resulting in lower water inflow,shorter operation cycle and higher cleaning frequency,etc.To tackle these problems,the company has improved the operation and process by replacing the filtering and reforming the dosing system,thus improving the running time and reducing the cleaning frequency.The average reuse rate with the RO unit increased to 68%and the average operating rate of the MBR unit increased to 90.0%in 2017.
