摘要 利用三维设计软件建立了车门的几何三维模型,采用CAE分析软件建立了车门有限元模型,在垂直方向不同载荷加载及边界条件下,仿真分析了车门的刚度特性,位移云图垂向位移直观判断、推算出车门的垂向刚度,判断出结构中吸收能量最集中的部位,提出了相应的优化方案,并验证理论建模分析的合理性和可靠性,为结构设计和满足轻量化要求提供必要的依据和支撑。 A three-dimensional geometry model of the door is established by using 3D design software,and a finite element model is established with CAE analysis software.In vertical direction,under different loads and boundary conditions,the stiffness characteristics of the door are simulated and analyzed.Based on the vertical displacement of displacement nephogram,intuitive judgment is given and the vertical stiffness of the door is calculated,the part where energy absorption is the most concentrated is determined.Corresponding optimization scheme is put forward,the rationality and reliability of the theoretical modeling analysis is verified,and necessary basis and support are provided for structure design and to meet the requirements of lightweight.
