摘要
为了检测铝蜂窝板的结构缺陷,采用红外热像技术把铝蜂窝板内部的温度分布转换成形象的热图像。采用非接触式的加热方法对铝蜂窝板进行加热,通过两次实验对铝蜂窝板脱胶区域(脱胶区域是否插入纸片)的检测进行了比较。结果表明,脱粘影响铝蜂窝板的组织结构。说明将红外热像仪用于车辆部件温度分布的检测与分析的方法是可行的。
In order to detect the structural defects of aluminum honeycomb panel,infrared thermal imager is used to convert temperature distribution into thermal image by infrared thermography.No-contact heating method is used to heat aluminum honeycomb panel.Two experiments are carried out to compare the detection of the defect area in aluminum honeycomb panel(whether paper was inserted in the defect area).The results show that degumming affects the microstructure of aluminum honeycomb panels.It is feasible to use infrared thermal imager to detect and analyze temperature distribution of vehicle components.
