摘要
通过对液力缓速器工作原理、制动效能和挡位控制等方面的理论阐述和研究,对液力缓速器制动力矩的整车匹配计算理论进行了研究和分析。基于该匹配量化理论,通过实例对液力缓速器在重型汽车上的匹配应用进行了具体分析,针对液力缓速器单独作用和与发动机排气制动组合作用两种工作模式,提出了一种利用液力缓速器匹配权衡曲线的分析和比较方法,为重型汽车液力缓速器整车匹配应用提供了一种较为便捷和直观的量化方法。
By expositing and researching the working principle,braking efficiency and shift control of hydraulic retarder,vehicle matching calculation of hydraulic retarder braking torque was researched and analyzed.Based on this quantitative theory,the matching application of hydraulic retarder on heavy-duty truck was analyzed in example-matching.Aiming at hydraulic retarder single-action model and joint action with engine exhaust gas braking model,an analysis and comparison method based on tradeoff curve of hydraulic retarder matching was presented.It provided a convenient and visualized quantitative method for hydraulic retarder matching application of heavy-duty truck.
