摘要
结合理论分析,明确轮毂单元侧滑工况受力,然后利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对载货车前桥轮毂及其轴承进行有限元分析,得出其侧向附着系数分别为1.0、0.7、0.5以及0倍的侧滑工况下轮毂轴承孔相对变形量。将各工况分析数据进行对比,结合齿圈结构状态提出改进措施。
Stress of wheel hub unit at sideslip working condition can be defined by combining theoretical analysis.Then,the finite element analysis on front axle wheel hub and its bearing can be carried out with finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to conclude the relative deformation of wheel hub bearing under sideslip working condition with respective lateral attachment coefficient as 1.0,0.7,0.5 and 0 times.Through comparison of analysis data of each working condition and by combining the gear ring structure and state,the improvement measures are proposed.
