摘要
针对工业生产连续过程存在多变量交互影响的复杂控制问题,采用PCS7集成开发环境和SMPT-1000实验平台,设计了连续过程控制系统。首先,根据控制需求分析,设计了自动开车顺序及9个控制单元;然后,通过控制回路算法分析,利用CFC和SFC实现了从冷态开车到稳态的全过程自动化控制。实验结果表明,控制系统能使整个工业生产过程安全、平稳、高效地运行,达到了控制要求,具有良好的可行性。
A continuous process control system is designed based on the PCS7 integrated development environment and the SMPT-1000 experimental platform in this paper.It can overcome the complex control problem of multi-variable interaction in continuous process of industrial production.Firstly,the automatic driving sequence and nine control units were designed according to the control demand analysis.Then,through the control loop algorithm analysis,CFC and SFC are used to realize the automatic control of the whole process from cold driving to steady state.
